Nikki Hommes

My career has taken me through hospitality, administration, training, counselling, coaching, special project work and various industry committees, different areas of social responsibility work and event management in South Africa, Mauritius, and New Zealand.  

I have formal qualifications in Hospitality, Life, Executive & Workplace Coaching, Training and Business.  During my years of working within the Financial Services Industry, I achieved an MBA, with my dissertation focusing on ‘Coaching and Mentoring in the Workplace’

I have trained a variety of programmes to all levels within different organisations. As a trainer I bring you fun interactive and applicable learning sessions that will stimulate you and make you want to know more.  Your ideas, current practices and thoughts will be challenged – stretching you a little further than you thought you could go.
I have worked with Executive teams and facilitated strategic planning sessions.

The strengths that I bring to any relationship as a coach are my understanding of people and human behaviour, wide experience and business acumen, as well as confidentiality and trust. I am based in my values & strengths, being an includer and valuing connectedness with all. I am an extremely positive person, yet I balance this with real life empathy.  I value honesty & integrity in myself & others.
