Coaching is helping people navigate life. Their whole life - personal and professional. Coaching is definitely about people's thinking, whether we improve people’s thinking or we get in the way of their thinking. If we want people to think better, we need to let them do all the thinking. Coaching helps achieve this using objectivity, clarity, focus, great questioning and ostentatious listening.

Reach your Full Potential
Coaching is a set time when you can assess, reflect, feel encouraged and energised, and most especially supported.
Ways I strive to assist my clients:
Set and achieve their goals
Assess current skills and use them in more effective ways
Develop new skills
Recognise habits and how to make changes in their lives
Affect and influence others' behaviour, by owning their own behaviour
Enhance the quality of outcomes
Make dreams come to life – live them
Create balance in their lives
These are the tools that I use to craft a personalised coaching program for my participants:
How it works
An initial free trial session is preferred, face-to-face or on Zoom.
Our next meetings can be by phone or Zoom, or in person depending on geographic location.
There are usually 12 sessions per coaching initiative and these are usually 1 hour in duration.
This may vary between personal and executive sessions.
There are usually activities that you will be required to complete in the week(s) between our meetings.
Confidentiality is critical in a coaching relationship. I consider our coaching sessions strictly confidential.
Any subject discussed and items shared, including such things as personal information, future plans, proprietary information, goals and job and company information will remain confidential.
I will NEVER repeat to anyone what was discussed, unless you plan on harming yourself or others, then I will notify the police.

Harvard Business review
“Today, coaching is a popular and potent solution for ensuring top performance from an organization’s most critical talent.
There’s no question that future leaders will need constant coaching. As the business environment becomes more complex, they will increasingly turn to coaches for help in understanding how to act.
Coaches will do more than influence behaviors; they will be an essential part of the leader’s learning process, providing knowledge, opinions, and judgment in critical areas.
Over time the coaching focus shifts from what the coaches were originally hired to do. It starts out with a business bias and inevitably migrates to ‘bigger issues’ such as life purpose, work/life balance, and becoming a better leader.
As coaching has become more common, any stigma attached to receiving it at the individual level has disappeared. Now, it is often considered a badge of honor”.
