Management Development Program (MDP)

Management development is about creating awareness and opportunity for increasing skills and expertise for inexperienced team members who are ready to learn more and step up.

We offer a fully developed Management Development Program (MDP) or it can be customised to suit your needs.  This offering is modularised and can be presented face-to-face or in a virtual-blended way (online course content and Zoom support calls).

The timing of learning is also negotiable, as in days or over weeks/ months, to suit your business requirements, the learner's ability and customer requirements.

If you want a NZQA qualification for your team members we can align the content to achieve the NZQA Unit Standards required.

MDP includes and is not limited to the topics below.
